white sweater

deery-lou.
for children's day which is may 5 here in korea, we took the kiddies to see spiderman 3. by the time the movie ended only half of them remained. most of them had gotten scared or bored. going to see a movie with a bunch of children is always a chore. i can only imagine how they felt watching a film in english and having to read subtitles. i know if i was their age i'd probably been bored too. overall i thought the movie was pretty decent. don't know if i'd say it was the best of the bunch but it was definitely entertaining. and that's just what movies should be. i could go into depth of what i liked and didn't like about the film but don't want to bore you with with that. i love superheroes films, however, i feel like they never quite come through like i hope they would. by far my favorite has got to be batman returns which is most likely due to michelle pfeiffer's portrayal of catwoman. meow! she kicked ass in that role.

andy, who was sitting in front of me, was quite fidgety throughout the film. numerous times i had to tell him to get off the floor. he also kept asking for popcorn. i had to tell him there was no popcorn today. the film was a bit too much for the children. those that lasted, however, ended up enjoying it so all wasn't lost. after the film we meant up with the other children who left at the park where we had lunch. after lunch they ran around blowing bubbles. i think i had more bubble liquid on me then actual bubbles blown.

stay gold & be well…

Taking a whole group of little kids to see a film sounds like a friggin' nightmare man.

Hope you had a few drinks after that one.
